Sitting/dining room with multi-fuel stove ideal for relaxing in after a days rambling. Sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. Small well equipped kitchen with underfloor heating. Bathroom with electric shower over three quarter length bath, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

2 bedrooms - Traditional family room (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children.The rear door leads to a small sheltered patio with shared access to a quiet country lane.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, automatic washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, colour TV, DVD player, video, games console, CD/radio, books, maps, videos, bed linen, towels and tea towels provided, travel cot, high chair, stairgate.

Shaver point. Electric storage heaters and under floor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Fuel for the fire and electricity included in the rent. Patio area on first floor level with furniture and barbecue.

Non-smokers only please. On street parking. Pets welcome by prior arrangement.
